Update

I am at 158-160. My weight seems to fluctuate a bit. I am going to go out with a friend to a theatre performance end of January. I haven't seen her since last Spring. In early February I am going to a nice Chamber dinner and would like to feel comfortable in my dress. 155 at the very least is my goal.

September

I do not know exactly what I weigh. Last week at Fatt Off club I was 166. I want to get down to 155-160 by the end of October. This weekend I started simple exercises but it was harder than I thought it would be after my 3rd c-section. Last night I got on the eliptical machine and it just felt odd. I will have to start slowly.

I was up in the middle of the night and drank 1 large OJ and 1 big bowl of cereal. I am guessing the OJ had about 200 calories and the cereal 300...I am going to say 700 calories just to cover my bases. For lunch I will have a fruit smoothy and a yogurt for dinner.

I will try to catch up on walking today. I want to set a goal of 10 miles a week for starters. We will see. I think I weigh more than I did at weigh in.

I would like to purchase a Tania scale which is just more than weight...hydration, body composition, etc. It will just depend how costly it is. I certainly need a different scale. The dial scales are just too touchy but give a very basic weight, which can be a few pounds off.

I have been really bad.

Exercise-1 hour of anything a day right now.

This week I feel like a failure with my eating....too much carbs. I am looking forward to my vitamix. I still need to find 2 items that go to the juicer.

Day 1

For many years I have wanted to go 100% raw. Today I am going to start. I want this to be for life, not just a few weeks. I have tried going raw before and thought I could have 1 meal or 1 day off like a raw chef I know. I cannot do that, as it is too hard to get back on track.

The main reasons I want to go raw is to live a longer healthier life, attain weightloss and feel good on a regular basis. When I did go raw it was a very amazing feeling.

I ordered my vitamix and am looking for all the parts to my juicer.

My plan for today is to drink water for breakfast
Lunch-cucumber/avacado wrap
dinner-big spinach salad with raw dressing
Snack-apple or orange

My plan for exercise
walk 4 miles
30 minute on eliptical
