I do not know exactly what I weigh. Last week at Fatt Off club I was 166. I want to get down to 155-160 by the end of October. This weekend I started simple exercises but it was harder than I thought it would be after my 3rd c-section. Last night I got on the eliptical machine and it just felt odd. I will have to start slowly.
I was up in the middle of the night and drank 1 large OJ and 1 big bowl of cereal. I am guessing the OJ had about 200 calories and the cereal 300...I am going to say 700 calories just to cover my bases. For lunch I will have a fruit smoothy and a yogurt for dinner.
I will try to catch up on walking today. I want to set a goal of 10 miles a week for starters. We will see. I think I weigh more than I did at weigh in.
I would like to purchase a Tania scale which is just more than weight...hydration, body composition, etc. It will just depend how costly it is. I certainly need a different scale. The dial scales are just too touchy but give a very basic weight, which can be a few pounds off.
